Brittany looks up, stunned.

Then, she gets this evil look in her eyes.

She pulls out her phone. “Hey, Rick? The last
thing you did was great. I’ve got more money,
and another job.”
Rick’s the thug who led the attack.

Brittany wants him to kidnap her and frame

video of the kidnapping.
“Bitch, your mom took my mom’s place,
enjoyed all the riches.”
“Now you have my place, Winthrop princess.”
“I’m going to ruin you. Everyone will think
you’re the most evil person in the world. No
one will believe you.”
I’m furious.
Brittany’s a monster.
She wants to steal everything and trash me.
I force myself to chill. “Can I get a copy of
this footage?”

I grab the USB drive, make a bunch of copies,

Brittany acts fast.
Thirty minutes later, news of her kidnapping
is everywhere.
In the live stream, Brittany’s cheeks are red.
She’s sobbing, “Dad! Wyatt! Help me!”
The kidnappers “accidentally” say I’m behind

I didn’t want a big scene.

I make an account, and upload the security
cam video.
Everyone can see it’s all fake.
I shut off my phone.
An older man in a Rolls–Royce Phantom pats
my head. “Don’t be afraid. We’re going to fix
