I hung up, and sent him a message, and said
that I would be there for the wedding.
After that, I did my best to keep from getting
found by Liam.
Looking at how Mrs. Wilson would get on his
nerves, I smiled.
The wedding was in a couple of days.
The wedding was going to be at the best
hotel in the city, and the place was filled with
photos.
Annie, “Woah, Ashley, you came!”
“You, Brittany doesn’t hate you, you just had
to come and see her get married, it’s like…”
“You’re too stubborn, and didn’t get a gift.”
My name wasn’t good, after getting kicked out of Carter, the people saw my name, and started whispering about me.
I freed myself, “Yeah, I don’t got any money to give gifts, Brittany took my stuff, oh yeah, you too, didn’t you?”
“Before when you stole from me, I didn’t say anything about you being poor.”
Not paying attention to the murmurs, I went
to the dressing room.
When I opened the door, Mr. and Mrs. Carter,
Wilson, were all there.
Their faces froze.

Brittany came up to me, “Sis, you’re here.”
I dodged her, and gave her photos of her
from when she was younger, “You’ll like this
gift.”
They looked at me, Liam hugged Brittany, and
looked at me.
Mrs. Carter, “Ashley, we’re don’t have
anything to do with each other, it was your
choice to come here, now don’t try to ruin it.”
I smiled to the Wilsons, “I’m a part of the
family, don’t you mind if I sit at the head
table.”
I turned and left.
In the photo was Brittany. Mrs. Wilson didn’t
beat her when she had her.
She didn’t have the face she had now.
As for what was going to happen, that was
not on me.
