Jennifer thought for a moment. “Well, since the original dress. really belongs to the Clark family, it means that Sarah’s dress must be fake too. I think it’s time to expose her for wearing counterfeit goods.”
“Is it that simple?”
Jennifer blinked in surprise. “Yes, it’s just a dress. Honestly, I don’t care much about it.
Timothy said, “But it’s because of that dress that they’ve been mocking you behind your back.”
“True, but once we expose Sarah as wearing fake goods too, all the attention will shift to her. I’m sure she’ll be more embarrassed than I am. And seeing her suffer makes me happy.”
She believed that building happiness on the suffering of her enemies would double the joy!
Timothy studied Jennifer carefully, noticing her earnest expression. She wasn’t just saying polite words.
He turned to Eric. “Make the arrangements immediately.”

Chapter 64 Changing Clothes in Front of Him Jennifer was curious. “How do you plan on exposing Sarah’s dress as a fake? She’s always pretending to be the victim in front of everyone. If you just present the original dress, or make her apologize in the name of the Clark family, no one will actually believe it. They’ll just think the Clark family is using its power to suppress her.”
“You’ll know soon enough.”
Though Jennifer was puzzled, she didn’t press further when she saw how confident he was.
As long as Sarah was exposed for wearing fake goods, this would become much more interesting.
Just as Jennifer finished her conversation with Timothy, her phone started ringing non–stop.
She glanced at the unfamiliar number, hesitated for a moment, then picked up. “Hello, who’s this?”
“Jennifer, how can you be so petty? Today, Sarah didn’t have a ride, so what’s wrong with her catching a ride with the Clark family back home?”
It was Daniel’s accusatory voice on the other end.
Jennifer responded sarcastically, “Timothy has a cleanliness obsession. He doesn’t want anyone touching his car. Are you really blaming me for that? Sarah didn’t have a ride, shouldn’t you be reflecting on your own family? What does that have to do

“Well, fine, maybe what you said makes sense. But what about today? You were wearing a fake dress, and you’re matching with Sarah! How is it that you managed to climb into the Clark family but can’t even afford a real dress?”
Hearing his sarcastic tone, Jennifer knew Sarah had probably gone back and added fuel to the fire.
She had to admit that Sarah’s emotional resilience was
impressive.
Jennifer responded coolly, “Instead of questioning me, you should go ask Sarah how she dares to wear a fake dress while pretending it’s the real deal. Does she not care about the day she gets exposed and embarrasses the Hargreaves family?”
There was a pause on the other end. “Don’t slander Sarah. How could she wear fake goods? At least she’s connected to the Hargreaves family, and that’s how she got the dress. That shows she has connections. You, on the other hand, may be married into the Clark family, but you can’t even afford a dress like this.”
“Soon, we’ll know whether the dress is real or fake.”
Jennifer hung up the phone without further discussion. She didn’t want to waste any more time on Daniel.
After hanging up, she could sense Timothy’s displeasure. He felt the Hargreaves family really had some nerve.

The car was silent for a moment. Timothy had heard the gist of Daniel’s words, and he was surprised that Daniel would mock Jennifer for wearing a fake dress and not having money to spend.
Money was the last thing Timothy lacked.
He turned to Eric. “Isn’t there a jewelry auction today?”
“Yes, we received an invitation for you, but I thought you weren’t planning on attending?”
“We’re going now.”
Jennifer was surprised. “Why the sudden decision to go to the
auction?”
Timothy spoke calmly, “I just want to buy something.”
The car pulled up outside the auction house.
“Eric thoughtfully suggested, ““Mr. Clark, perhaps Ms. Hargreaves should change into a different outfit before going. in?““”
Eric handed over a Chanel shopping bag, inside which was a
dress.
Timothy spoke without looking at her, “Let her do as she pleases.”
Jennifer said, “Still, it’d be better to change. After all, if word

“You’re my fiancée. Even if you wear a sack, they’ll say you’re frugal and managing the household well!”
His voice was so domineering, as though declaring, “She’s my fiancée. I make the decisions here.”

Jennifer felt a flutter in her heart but quickly looked down at the dress in her hands. “Should I change in the car?” she asked.
Timothy’s breath caught slightly, his mind racing. He wondered, “Does she know what she’s saying?
Or does she think she can tempt me by doing this?
