Chapter 71 The Things I Don’t Want
Jennifer was surprised by Asher’s behavior. After all, she had never received such treatment in her previous life.
Asher had always been very strict with them and had strict control over their pocket money for fear that they would become idle rich guys. Therefore, Jennifer had never owned any expensive luxury goods since she was a child.
In her previous life, Jennifer had thought Asher was right, and she had been very frugal. But later, she found out that Asher often bought expensive luxury goods for Sarah.
In fact, Asher just thought she didn’t deserve those things.
Jennifer sneered, “What do you want to say now, Asher?”
Jennifer’s eyes were cold, but she deliberately showed a shocked expression. “Asher, how would Sarah feel if you say that? Do you mean that she picked up the things I don’t want?”
Sarah was standing nearby, and she burst into tears in anger.
Initially, she had been a little disdainful of this five million dollar necklace, as it was too far inferior to Jennifer’s twenty million dollar necklace.
But she hadn’t expected that even this five million dollar necklace was not bought for her.

After Jennifer mentioned Sarah, Asher regained his senses. He turned around and saw Sarah crying. Then, he realized what he had done impulsively.
He had just been irritated by Jennifer’s words.
Asher softened his tone. “Sarah, I don’t mean that.”
Sarah wiped her tears and said, “Asher, I know. After all, I wast the one who caused what happened at school today. Jennifer was wronged, so it was only right for you to buy a necklace to comfort her. It’s my fault for being so self–indulgent and thinking that the necklace was bought for me. I made a big joke.”
Her attitude was so aggrieved and sensible.
Jennifer thought Sarah should go into the entertainment industry.
Finished speaking, Sarah sniffed and looked at Jennifer. “Since this necklace is an apology gift from Asher, you should accept it. Although its price is not as expensive as the one you are wearing, the meaning it represents cannot be measured by money.”
Hearing these words, Jennifer clapped her hands and said, “Great!”
She thought, “Sarah has some brains.
But she still wants to use moral blackmail on me. No way.”

Jennifer glanced at the necklace in Asher’s hand and said, “It’s a pity that I already have something better and don’t need it. Why don’t I just give it to you? Anyway, I don’t need your apology.”
Asher was angry.
Jennifer’s condescending attitude made it seem like she didn’t even take him seriously.
Asher felt a splitting headache. He tightly grasped the jewelry box and said, “Jennifer, you have changed a lot now. You were not such a vain girl before. I never taught you this since you were a child.”
Timothy said sarcastically, “Is a twenty million dollar necklace. worthy of accusing my fiancée of vanity? Is the Hargreaves. family so short–sighted? You can’t afford it, but I can.”
His words hit home.
Jennifer looked back at Timothy and quietly gave him a thumbs up. Suddenly, she felt that Timothy looked more and more pleasing to the eye.
Suddenly, Asher’s eyes went dark, and he fell to the ground.
Sarah immediately ran over and picked up the diamond necklace that had fallen on the ground. Then, she shouted, “Asher, what’s wrong with you?”
Jennifer saw Asher’s miserable state when he fell to the ground.

Jennifer didn’t expect that Asher would faint from anger. She saw that Asher’s hands were always on his head, and it was obvious that he had a migraine again..
She took a look and forced herself to look away, warning herself not to be soft–hearted again.
Jennifer waited until the ambulance arrived and put Asher on the stretcher before she prepared to leave.
“Jennifer, don’t leave.”
Asher grabbed Jennifer’s wrist, pleading in his eyes.
Jennifer was a little surprised. The medical staff next to them said, “Who is his family member? Only one person can follow.”
Sarah got an idea and pushed Jennifer into the ambulance. “She is his family member.”
Asher pleaded, “Jennifer, I admit that my tone just now was too

After she got in it, she looked back at Timothy outside. He nodded and motioned for her to go first.
