ter 109 Now the Pretender Must Be Nervous
Jennifer sat calmly in her chair, waiting to see Sarah make a fool of herself.
Just then, someone poked her in the back.
Jennifer turned around and saw Sadie giving her a look.
She said calmly, “What are you doing? Don’t interrupt Sarah while she’s answering the professor’s question! Or do you think she can’t handle it, and you want to answer instead?”
Sadie’s face turned pale as she whispered, “Jennifer, are you crazy? Just give Sarah the answer!”
“Why should I give Sarah the answer?”
“Because you always did before!”
Jennifer clicked her tongue, eyes glinting with mockery. “The past is the past; now is now.”
Before, she was a pushover trying to please her brother. Now, she was a whole new Jennifer!

Chapter 109 Now the Pretender Must Be Ne… Vincent knocked on the table. “What are you three discussing?”
Jennifer quickly replied, “Professor Moore, this classmate said she has some insight to share!”
Sadie was forced to stand up, her face shifting through colors. like a painter’s palette. She couldn’t follow the professor’s lecture at all. There was no way she could answer the question!
Sadie shot back indignantly, “If you’re so smart, why don’t you go first?”
Jennifer shook her head. “There’s an order to things. Sarah should go first. After all, she’s always been top of the class, right? This question should be easy for her.”
Sarah’s expression froze. Jennifer was setting her up!
A classmate defended Sarah. “Sarah will definitely answer it. Jennifer, stop being so sarcastic.”
“Yeah, Sarah’s always been at the top. There’s no way she can’t answer it.”
Hearing this, Jennifer widened her smile.
She raised her voice. “Great! Go ahead, Sarah. Let’s not wastel time. Such a simple question should be a breeze for you.”
Sarah’s face turned beet red as she stammered out an answer, recycling content from a previous question.

Jennifer scoffed, “Figures. A phony is still a phony. No matter how hard you try, stolen answers will never be yours.”
Sarah’s face went ghostly pale.
Sadie immediately snapped back, “Jennifer, what nonsense are you spewing? Sarah is excellent on her own. What stolen answers?”
Sarah forced a gracious expression. “Jennifer, I know you’ve always had issues with me, but this is the professor’s class. Your disruptions don’t look good.”
“Exactly, Sarah answered just fine. Didn’t you notice the professor didn’t say anything?”
Vincent’s voice came out sharp. “I didn’t say anything because I was at a loss for words. Sarah, when did your level drop to this?”
“Professor Moore, I may not be in the best shape lately, so my answer wasn’t quite right.”
“Not just ‘not quite right‘–it was utter nonsense. I’m seriously questioning how you got the last answer correct.”
Vincent had already been dissatisfied with Sarah over the previous model fabrication incident.
Chapter 109 Now the Pretender Must Be Ne… 4/5 Now, seeing Sarah’s poor answer made it worse.
Vincent had already reached his own conclusion.
Being scolded so publicly, Sarah’s eyes turned red with tears.
One of Sarah’s admirers stepped in to defend her. “Professor Moore, Sarah used to perform well. She’s probably just not in the best state recently, which is why her answer was off.”
“Professor Moore, Sarah’s crying. Maybe we shouldn’t be too harsh.”
Vincent’s anger flared. “Sarah gave a wrong answer. Am I not allowed to comment on it?”
Sarah quickly said, “Professor Moore, they were just trying to help me. It’s my fault for not answering well. Please don’t be upset.”
“Fine, since you’re all so united, everyone can answer the question. If you can’t, your overall class performance score will be docked!”
Vincent’s face was stern, and the classroom fell silent immediately.
Jennifer was a bit surprised to see Vincent angry; she had thought he might soften because of Sarah’s tears.
She hadn’t expected the professor to come down so hard!
Chapter 109 Now the Pretender Must Be Ne… Well done!

She sat down and hurriedly pulled out her phone to search for the answer.
Vincent spoke coldly, “Online answers don’t count. Anyone caught copying gets a zero!”
The classroom erupted in groans and protests.
Someone spoke up, “Professor Moore, isn’t this a bit much? It has nothing to do with us.”
“Yeah, it was Sarah who couldn’t answer, and those who spoke
for her weren’t us!”

Vincent replied icily, “I don’t care. If anyone dares to play such tricks in my class, I won’t stand for it. I despise people who lack ability but love to use connections.”
Sarah’s face burned red as she stammered, “Professor Moore, it’s my fault. Please don’t blame everyone else!”
“Yes, it is your fault. That’s why everyone is pay
