Meanwhile, Abigail walked around the store and saw a nice new red bag. Just as she was about to go over to take a look, the bag was snatched up by a pair of slender hands.
She planned to ask the salesperson to bring out another one for her later.
The next second, unexpectedly, the woman who had picked up the bag exclaimed, “Abigail? It’s really you.”
Abigail then fixed her eyes on her. It was Hannah Murphy, Michelle’s friend.
Behind her was Jason Williams, a friend of Anthony’s.
They seemed to have met at a party. Michelle brought Hannah there. Jason and Hannah were together not long after. Abigail vaguely remembered that she had been at that party, too.

Jason’s teasing annoyed Abigail. She had never liked Anthony’s friends before.
But for his sake, she had always been tolerant of them. However, now she didn’t even accommodate Anthony, so there was no need for her to associate with his friends.
Abigail smiled politely, “Anthony and I are already getting at divorce.”
She turned around and was about to leave, but Hannah blocked her way.
“What did you say? Are you and Anthony getting a divorce?”
Abigail even vaguely noticed Hannah’s face betrayed a hint of surprise, as if she had been looking forward to her divorce for a long time.
Jason became interested. “Really? Are you asking for it? Or is Anthony asking for it?”
Abigail understood what they meant. After all, everyone in the circle was aware of her deep affection for Anthony.
Now that they were getting a divorce, everyone would believe that she was dumped by Anthony.
