“I’ve got a meeting at the office soon, so I’ll head out. Go ahead and try on the other two dresses. Make sure to pick the one you like best, and just put it on the card. You’ve got a great figure, so everything will look good on you.”
His words seemed considerate, but in reality, he wasn’t even willing to spend time with her while she tried on wedding dresses.
Michelle raised an eyebrow, but still smiled as she accepted the secondary card he handed her.
Then, she watched as he left.
The moment Anthony was gone, the smile on Michelle’s face incantly vanished.
