Dave grabbed Tom by the collar and punched
him, knocking him to the ground.
Carol rushed to stop him. “Dave, stop! You’ll
kill him!”
I smiled coldly through my pain. The whole
family was the same.
“It wasn’t my fault! It was her! It’s Honey who
made me think she lied to me! It was her fault
Carrie died!”
Tom screamed, trying to get up and hit me.
Dave was furious. If his parents weren’t there,
he would have believed Tom.
He pushed Tom to the ground and showed
him a security video on his phone.
It was a video from the day Carrie was
pushed
In the video, a kid ran over and shoved Carrie.
Then he kicked her in the stomach, calling her
a fat pig!
I was the one who anonymously sent the
video to Dave.
Last time, Tom protected Bethany’s nephew,
so the real culprit got away with it.
This time, I wasn’t going to let that happen.
“You wanted to kill the person who killed
Carrie? Well, here he is! That little monster is
the killer! Bethany’s nephew, Paulie! Go kill
him!”
Tom stared at Dave’s phone, watching the
video over and over. When he recognized the
kid in the video he started shaking his head.

“No, that can’t be. Paulie wouldn’t do that.
Someone must have told him to do it!”
“Carrie is dead, why are you defending that
woman!” I held up Carrie’s picture. “Look at
her! She was your sister!”
Tom snapped his head towards me. “It’s you!
You did this! You can’t stand me and
Bethany, so you manipulated Paulie to kill
her.”
I laughed. “Tom, I know you don’t love me,
and that’s fine. But Carrie was your sister!
She’s dead, and you’re still talking about
Bethany! Do you even have a heart?”
Dave yelled, and started punching Tom in the
face.

If his family hadn’t pulled him off, Tom would
have been killed.
Everyone thought Dave was just venting his
anger, but I knew he wanted to die.
He didn’t kill Tom with a knife like last time,
thanks to the video I sent him.
He realized that Tom was not the only one to
blame.
Dave, please don’t let me down.
