“Do you know how hard it is to find a job?!
You’re not a celebrity, nobody is going to hire
you!” Mike’s dad yelled.
The two were about to fight, so Mike’s mom
tried to calm them down. She wanted to go
find the boss and beg for Mike.
They really thought the boss would listen to
them.
A few days later, we were having a meeting.
The two seniors burst in with produce. They
ran up to the boss and hugged her leg.
“Boss! I know you are a good person! Can
you rehire Mike? He can sweep the floors!”
The boss was trapped, and nobody dared
help her. Some people even took out their
phones to record the scene.
“Security! Get them out of here!”
“Boss, my son is great! Can you give him
another chance? I promise he won’t make any
mistakes!”
The security got in, but didn’t dare to pull
them off.
I had to get out of this place.
After getting out of college, I worked for this
company for so many years. I worked as hard
as I could, but was fired because of some
intern.
I was making 12,000 every month. After firing
me, he hired three new graduates that he was
able to pay 3,000 to.
He was looking for any excuse to fire me, and
found a reason that wouldn’t require
severance.
Mike was right, there were headhunters trying
to hire me.
I decided, I was leaving.
The security didn’t move, so the boss had to

the boss.
After they left, the HR director came and

online.
It was obvious that the boss hated his
employees.
Mike got the good news and happily went to
work the next day.
The HR director led him to the warehouse and
told him that he was going to be a security
guard.
