But, I was not as scared as before. I laughed.
I stood up, put a pile of papers on her head, and pushed a tablet into her arms.
“Open your eyes and see, if I was bullying your Matt!”
The papers fell on the floor.
The tablet started to play.
Tiffany was cut by the paper. But, when she
looked at the content on the paper and the tablet, she was shocked.
Matt had said that the watch was a family heirloom.
But, it was a cheap watch he bought online.
He threw Jake’s mother’s ring out the window,
and then he pretended to fall down.

The car crash was because Matt had been
fighting over the wheel.
It was all lies.
All the things that Matt had said were not true.
Tiffany had known Matt her whole life, she
thought he was innocent and was always being

So when he said that Aaron had been bullying
him, she believed it.

That was why Aaron was so cold.
He had been carrying the burden, and she had

If she had looked closer, she could have seen

Tiffany’s brain was blank. She was stunned.

I was cold.
Tiffany had never seen me this way.
Before she could speak, I called the guards.
Tiffany was pushed out. She wanted to
apologize, but she couldn’t get in.
Summer came over to tell her, “You want to
keep coming for my fiancé? Do you want to
make things worse?”
“Your fiancé, he…”
Tiffany was offended.
Aaron was hers.
If she hadn’t been tricked by Matt, then
Summer would have never been engaged to

Before she could speak, Jill grabbed her.

Tiffany got free from Jill, “What was that

She was happy that Aaron was still in the

Jill said, “You have been really stressed, maybe
you should see a doctor.”

Tiffany ignored her, and left.
When she found out the truth, she wanted to
say sorry to Aaron, but she couldn’t find him.
But, she could see Matt.
Tiffany was feeling guilty and angry. She felt
like she was going to explode.
She had to do something, or she would lose it!

Tiffany decided to go to see him in the
detention center.
“Tiffany, are you here to save me?”

Tiffany was disgusted, “Don’t call me that, you
make me sick! How could you lie to me, and
trick me, Matt?”

“Stop acting! I know everything!”
Tiffany gave him the evidence and said, “The
Mann family has broken the engagement with
you, and the Reed family is disowning you.”
“Also, the house and the car are not yours
anymore.”
“And, good luck finding a good lawyer, and
good luck in jail! I will not let you go after you
get out!”
Tiffany couldn’t take lies.
She had hated Aaron for lying about the
mission, and she had wanted to kill him.
Now that she knew what Matt had done, she
wanted to kill him!
Chapter 21
When she finished, Matt was pale. He couldn’t
even breathe and was shaking.
“Tiffany, you can’t do this to me, I… I just love

“You love me? So you lied to me? You were
dating someone else?”
“I had to! You wouldn’t like me if I dated you,
and I would have no way out.”
When Matt would look at her with sad eyes,
Tiffany would be heartbroken.
Now that he was crying, all she felt was

She cut him off: “I can’t believe you are so
self–centered. You wanted everything, but now,
you’re going to lose it all.”
“Your money, and your reputation are gone, you
will have a bad life.”
“You will also not have an easy time in jail!”
Then Tiffany left.
Matt was yelling after her.
But she didn’t turn around.
Tiffany had to go home, and figure out how to
apologize to Aaron.
He was in the system, and he couldn’t leave
her. But, she had been so mean to him, that she
had to apologize, or he would be heartbroken.

I was at my house.
Many numbers that I didn’t know called me, but
I didn’t answer.
It had to be Tiffany.
I blocked the numbers.
But for the next month.
Tiffany kept sending me packages.
Sometimes they were pictures of us together.
Sometimes they were gifts. Sometimes they
were car keys, and sometimes it was a watch.
There would also be a letter:
[I am sorry for everything, come back. I want to
be with you, and have a family. I will try my
best.]
[I gave Matt those watches you liked, but I got them back for you now.]
[I am sorry, I was just hurting you for no reason.
I will pay for that for my whole life.]
[I never told you, but I did love you. But when I
found out that you were trying to romance me, I
was angry.]
[I don’t love Matt, I just used him to get you
angry.]

I could tell that Tiffany was sorry.
Otherwise, she wouldn’t have tried this hard.
I unblocked her number and called her.
“You have forgiven me, right? I’ll come and get
you!” Tiffany was very excited.
“Tiffany, I called you because I have to tell you

“Then, I want Tiffany to be the next target for the mission. Have her romance the second son
of the Sun family. He is ugly and abusive, and he likes to hurt women, and he also likes to play

“It must be something that she cannot escape.”

When they were done teasing her, they came to

And because Summer cared about me, they

I quickly made friends, and got their numbers.
The party was halfway over.
Fireworks were going off.
They were beautiful.
I had been shoved up to the front, and hadn’t

When the fireworks finished, balloons with
pictures of Summer and I and the words “Will
You Marry Me?” appeared.
I was confused, and then, the drones had
started to make a giant picture of a woman
proposing to a man with a ring.
And under that, there were words:

At the same time, Summer had gotten on one
knee with a ring.
She was looking at me with love and a bit of
nervousness.
“Aaron, will you marry me?”
The Gu and Jiang family had already had an
engagement ceremony.
I was planning to propose to her, but she had
done it first.
I smiled at her, and picked her up. Then, I got
on my knees and placed the ring on her finger:

After everyone was done cheering, I hugged

I was getting worked up, but I stayed calm, and
didn’t look where I shouldn’t.
I respected her.
When I was closing the door, Summer grabbed
me, “Aaron, let’s do it together.”
“…You’re drunk.”
“I’m fine.”
Summer pulled me, and kissed me.
We went into the shower.

The water was pouring out.
I was on fire, but I still asked:
“Aaron, is this okay?”
“Yeah.”

I could hear her, and I knew.
Summer, was now saying my name, so freely.

Tiffany’s Epilogue
Tiffany always thought, that even if she was
wrong, the system would let her get Aaron
back.
Until she was bound by the system.
