This question caught Sarah off guard.
Sarah gritted her teeth. “I think Jennifer’s conditions are unreasonable.”
Jennifer sneered. “What would be reasonable? For example, I could ask you to kneel and apologize, then leave the Hargreaves family forever. Would that be reasonable?”
Asher quickly intervened. “Jennifer, how can you treat Sarah like that?”

Daniel had finally seen through Sarah’s hypocrisy.
He wondered how many times Sarah had pulled stunts like this in the past. Back then, he never noticed and even blamed Jennifer instead.
