Then he saw that Jennifer didn’t back down. She fought back fiercely and even seemed to be holding something in her hand.
Timothy was relieved, glancing at the unconscious Jennifer in his arms.
No matter the situation, Jennifer would never let herself be at a disadvantage.

But then he saw Dylan secretly handing something to Sarah.
He tensed up, realizing it was evidence Sarah had mentioned.

Timothy was indeed as ruthless as the rumors suggested.
Before Dylan could come up with an answer, Sarah began to scream in agony, “You’ve seen the surveillance footage. Can I go to the hospital now?”
She felt like she was in hell.

Timothy looked at Asher with a half–smile. “You say you’ll make
her pay, yet you want to send her to the hospital? If you want her to pay, you should leave her here to face the consequences. How am I supposed to believe you?”
Timothy’s retort left Asher speechless.
In the end, he could only speak with a mournful expression. “If she continues in this condition, she’ll die. No matter what, Sarah’s mother once saved Jennifer’s life.”
Sarah pleaded desperately, “Asher, I really will die.”
She couldn’t be left there.
Angelina made a decision. “Take her to the hospital.”
She had seen the injuries on Sarah. For a girl, they were devastating.
But Asher didn’t leave immediately. Instead, he glanced at Timothy, unsure since Timothy hadn’t given his approval yet.
Timothy sneered, “It seems like you’re the most sensible one in the Hargreaves family. But since my grandmother has decided, you can take her away.”

When Timothy finished watching the surveillance footage, his face fell.
He looked up and glared at Dylan.
Millie’s heart was already in her throat.
She knew Timothy wanted to kill Dylan and end everything.
She urgently turned to Angelina. “Dylan’s the one who can develop the special medicine that will help Timothy stand again. He can’t die. Everything I’ve done today is for Timothy.”
Unfortunately, Timothy didn’t seem grateful in the slightest.
