Chapter 4
Due to the heat, my corpse was already unrecognizable. Only my eyes remained wide open as if I had died without peace of mind. Some parts of my corpse had decayed to the point that my bones were exposed, and the rest was crawling with white maggots
As the trunk lid opened, the flies lying on my corpse were startled, and the buzzing sound was endless.
Several household helpers immediately rushed to the side to throw up, unable to take another glance.
My father stepped forward. The moment he saw my body, his pupils instantly shrank before he lost his temper. “Where’s Blake? This isn’t Blakel Ask her to come out!”
He stared at the decayed face. For some reason, the forehead was severely rotten. My skull was already visible.
When I looked at that face, I could not believe it was mine.
Finally, Alfred could not help saying loudly, “Sir, this is Ms. Xavier. She’s already dead.”
My father glared at him. “You old fool. Are you senile? This doesn’t look anything like Blake. This must be a trick she set up to trick me.”
“Ms. Xavier was locked up for eight days. Even if she were made of iron, she wouldn’t have been able to take it.” Alfred replied.
“Nonsense! Didn’t someone bring her food? Don’t think I don’t know. How could she possibly die?”
Yes, someone did bring me food on the first day I was locked up. It was Madam Leone, the housekeeper! was closest to. However, she was quickly discovered.
My father was the one who threw Madam Leone out after that. Had he forgotten?
With Madam Leone as a precedent, the others were too scared to help me even if they wanted to.
For the next seven days, I had no food and no water. My hands and feet were tied up, and I could only move my eyeballs, I would pass out from the high temperature, but I would wake up again due to thirst.
The cycle repeated endlessly. After some time, I eventually could no longer take it anymore and took my last breath. Before I died, I cursed that everyone who had harmed me would die a miserable death.
A scream cut through the tension in the garage.
My father turned around to see Queenie clutching her stomach, her face ghastly pale. He quickly walked over and supported Queenie, asking. “Are you okay?”
Richard, my stomach hurts. Our baby is okay, right? Why did Blake have to do this in the trunk? It scared me to death.”
My father’s attention was immediately diverted to her as he caressed her belly. “It’s okay. We’ll go to the hospital immediately. Our son will be fine.” He supported Queenie and headed outside..
My father continued to scold me as he walked, “That little bastard made such a disgusting scene and scared her brother. If anything happens to my son, I’ll make sure she pays! Clean up the mess here! I don’t want to see it again!”

The two quickly left while Rosie stood at the back, looking thoughtfully at their backs.
I stepped forward. I knew she would not hear me, but still mocked, “Your mom doesn’t want you anymore. She’s going to have a son with my dad. You’re spare.”
