Chapter Seven
Sarah pushed Ashley forward.
My uncle stopped.
“What are you talking about? I am just
coming to talk to Lindsay, and what does
your business have to do with this?”
Mark said, “If you are publicly siding with a
side person here, then what will people do to
your family and the business?”
My uncle was surprised.
I looked at Mark.
“You should stop saying crazy stuff. I did not
betray anyone in my life.”

Mark put the video up again.
“Mr. Thompson, you probably don’t know that
this person was with me before and that they
are terrible.”
Before he could finish the sentance, my uncle
pushed him in the face.
“Do not say that about her because she is
family and my niece.”
Sarah then started to talk.
“She is not, and you are covering this up.‘
My uncle pulled out his identification card and
showed the team to show him that he was
telling the truth and asked the school and the
teacher:

“We have a blood relationship, and she is my
family and blood. If I have made mistakes to
any of your schools, then I am going to start taking money away.”
A second later, somebody got out of the car.
“Son, what are you doing here?”
I saw my dad come to my aid. I could feel the tears in my eyes.
My dad came to me.
“Baby, what’s wrong? Is there somebody bugging you?”
I grabbed my dad.
“Dad they said Lam eles

“Dad, they said I am sleeping with people and
that I should get kicked out of school.”
My dad looked at the teacher.
“This school is terrible.”
The school board started to freak out.
“We will make sure that this gets worked out
and that things will get better, sir.”
My dad nodded.
“We’ll see, but if not, then I can find other
schools to support.‘
The school board got terrified, and they
looked at the people who were messing
everything up and the board velled·

“You were planning to remove her? Who gave
you the permission and right to make that
decision without talking to me. I can’t believe
that it has gotten to this.”
After seeing what has come out, the teacher
tried to fight for his job and to get everything
resolved, but he could not.
“Leaders, I was wrong to do this, but I hope
that we can fix this.”
He said that as he was slapping himself.
The board did not like this.
“From today on, you are no longer working
here.”

She was trying to fight, but the school board
kept staring.
The board then wanted to ask something
about Mark and what he had done.
“I will ask questions and then find out what
has actually happened.”
Sarah said, “Mr. Thompson, this has nothing to do with us since we were going off of your daughter’s advice.”
My uncle had a frown on his face.
“Where is my daughter at here?”
Sarah showed Ashley.
“She has been over here.”

I started to smile. If Ashley was his daughter,
then why would she need to be told about the
family relationship?
It showed that Sarah could not see through
this and understand what was going on.
I knew for sure that my uncle was going to
say that this was crazy.
My uncle said, “Why are you lying and saying
that she is my daughter? She is my blood and
will be by blood.”
After a few seconds, my uncle started to
show anger and stare.
“Why is she so familiar?”
